This was at the end of the day today, November the 2nd....there is everything in there from old books that the previous owners left behind to concrete that the guys busted out today to a kids pool!!!! Yikes. That's only 2 full days, and one half day of work.
The view of the swing set from the back and side of the house....I can hardly see it because of the overgrown trees....but give it some time. The boys pulled down the fence today to make ready for the new cement block fence. We are thinking of putting a nice archway or wrought iron fence in here so you can access and enjoy the waterfall and Koi pond. As well as the playset.
Facing the back of the yard and the pool. The fence has been taken down and stored in the shed in case the new owners have young kids that they want to keep from the pool when not supervised. The yard looks so much nicer without the fence, but we wanted to keep the option open for the new owners. Also, the boys took down the extra overhang that made the covered porch look awkward. They have installed new 4 x 4 posts, facia and new flashing. Looks very nice and clean now.
A pic from the opposite end of the pool looking back at the house. The large window 2nd over from the left will be replaced with a 8 foot glass sliding door. This will allow for more outdoor living area and will also bring the "outside inside" With the newly enlarged area in the kitchen, it will let people enjoy the view outside from in the kitchen and livingroom as well.
